Return & Exchange Policy

Every TBCaps cap is a limited, one-owner item. This policy explains when a return or exchange can be requested and how we confirm orders before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot confirm the order details, delivery address, or availability, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. The cap must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags where applicable.

Eligible Returns

  • The item delivered is different from the item ordered.
  • The item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The delivery package is incomplete or missing confirmed order contents.

Exchanges

Since most caps are one-of-one, direct exchanges for the same item may not be possible. If an exchange is approved, we will offer another available cap or store credit based on the case.
